Чтобы реформировать армию, необходимо сменить главу страны, который не может управлять и проводить реформы.

Лидер движения «Всеармянский фронт», бывший министр обороны, генерал-майор Аршак Карапетян сказал об этом в интервью «Bac TV».

Говоря о модернизации армии, Аршак Карапетян отметил, что нет никакой разницы, если наша армия будет модернизирована, скажем, будет мощной по версии НАТО. Но в первую очередь нужно сменить лидера. В таком случае, возможно, реформа и не понадобится. «Мы маленькая страна, наши варианты должны быть более умелыми, чем копирование чужого варианта»,-заметил генерал-майор.
