«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանի պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառքի գործով անցնող, Pink berry-ի սեփականատեր Լեւոն Սաֆարյանը օգոստոսի 23-ին, ըստ ամենայնի, ազատ կարձակվի։ Բանն այն է, որ այս պահի դրությամբ նախաքննական մարմինը որեւէ միջնորդություն չի ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա կալանքը երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ։

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ կալանքի տակ գտնվող Լեւոն Սաֆարյանը 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի ժամանակ քրեական գործով անցնող Գեւորգ Սաֆարյանի որդին է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանի չարաշահումների գործով մեղադրյալներից 5-ի, այդ թվում` երկու պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը, մյուս 3 անձանց նկատմամբ՝ բացակայելու արգելքը»:
