Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ավարտած ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն այցելել է Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդարան: «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ Տեր Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանը հրաժեշտի իր խոսքում բարձր է գնահատել Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի գործունեությունը, ինչի շնորհիվ տեսանելի արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունների զորացման գործում:

«Խորապես զգացված ենք այն օգտակար համագործակցության և ուշադրության համար, որ ցուցաբերել եք այս տարիների ընթացքում Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ,  ինչպես նաև մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ ներդրված քայլերի համար՝ կարևորելով Հայ եկեղեցու առաքելությունը համայնքի համախմբման, սփյուռքում ազգային ինքնության ու միասնության պահպանման գործում»,- ասել է Եզրաս սրբազանը:
