Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատարը Վլադիմիր Զելենսկուն զեկուցել է Ռուսաստանի Կուրսկի շրջանում որոշ ուղղություններով առաջխաղացման մասին։

Ալեքսանդր Սիրսկու խոսքով՝ մարտերը շարունակվում են: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ Կուրսկի շրջանում գործարկվում է ռազմական հրամանատարության գրասենյակը, որը, ըստ ուկրաինական կողմի, ստեղծվել է կարգուկանոնը պահպանելու և վերահսկվող տարածքներում բնակչության առաջնահերթ կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով:

Սիրսկու հետ խորհրդակցությունից հետո Ուկրաինայի նախագահը տեղեկացրել է, որ փոխանակման ֆոնդը համալրվում է՝ նկատի ունենալով գերեվարված ռուս զինվորականներին։
