Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց նոր տոնական օր սահմանելու որոշմանը

ՀՀ կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հավանություն տվեց օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը, որով առաջարկվում է հունիսի 17-ը սահմանել Հայրերի օր։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 16-րդ հոդվածը ամրագրում է պետության պատասխանատվությունը ընտանիքի պաշտպանության դերի կարեւորման հարցում, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Զարուհի Բաթոյանն առաջարկել է այս օրենսդրական փոփոխությունը, որի արդյունքում իրավական հիմքեր կստեղծվեն հայրերի մեծարման և նրանց դերի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ միջոցառումներ ու ծրագրեր մշակելու և իրականացնելու, այդ նպատակով պետական ու հասարակական հատվածի համագործակցությունը խթանելու, ինչպես նաև հանրային կրթության ծրագրերը խթանելու համար։

Ապրիլի 7-ին նշվում է մայրերի օրը, իսկ հայրերի օր Հայաստանում չկար:
