Судья антикоррупционного суда Ваге Долмазян не будет привлечен к дисциплинарной ответственности. Ходатайство представил ВСС министр юстиции Армении Григор Минасян.

Напомним, что дисциплинарное производство в отношении судьи Антикоррупционного суда Ваге Долмазяна было возбуждено 15 апреля на основании сообщения начальника уголовно-исполнительной службы Министерства юстиции Республики Армения Амбакума Григоряна.

Возбужденное дисциплинарное производство связано с делом бывшего министра обороны РА Давида Тонояна.
