Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Տավուշի մարզում է։ Ոսկեպարում գյուղացիների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ բանավեճ է ծագել գյուղում ներդրումներ կատարելու թեմայի շուրջ։ Փաշինյանը նշել է, թե դրսից էլ պիտի գան, գյուղում հյուրատուն սարքեն կամ այլ բիզնես հիմնեն, «որ տեղի ժողովրդի՝ լավ իմաստով խանդն էլ շարժվի»։

Գյուղացիներից մեկի դիտարկմանը՝ «մեր մոտ ոչ դրսից եկան, ոչ ներսից եկան», Փաշինյանն այսպես է արձագանքել․

«Որովհետև մի շարք գործընկերների աջակցությամբ Ոսկեպարը, Կիրանցը, Բաղանիսը սարքեցիք Հիրոսիմա, Նագասակի։ Էլ ոչ մեկը չէր ուզում, անունը լսում էին՝ ձեռքները դող էր ընկնում»։
