Հունիսի 14-ի գիշերվա ժամը 2-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի պարեկները Արգիշտի փողոցում, խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալել և ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին են տեղափոխել 20 և 23 տարեկան երկու երիտասարդի ու 18 և 19 տարեկան երկու աղջիկների: Նրանք «Օպել» մակնիշի մեքենայով երթևեկելիս Հաղթանակ կամրջի վրա մեքենայից արձակել են կրակոցներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ից
