«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրել է․

Նախորդ գիշեր Հյուսիսային պողոտայում հատուկ ջոկատայինները, գետնին տապալելով, քաղաքացիների էին բերման ենթարկում։ Պարզվեց` ուժեղացված ծառայություն են իրականացրել` թմրամիջոցներ, սառը զենք, գազային ատրճանակ, կեղծ վարորդական վկայականներ հայտնաբերել: Իսկ երեկ Պռոշյան փողոցում էին սպանության փորձի կասկածներով 2 տղամարդու գետնին տապալելով՝ 50 հոգով տանում: Իհարկե, հանցագործները պետք է բացահայտվեն, բերման ենթարկվեն, պատժվեն: Բայց ո՞վ է ասել, որ նման գործողությունների ժամանակ պետք է անպայման մարդկանց ստորացնեն, գետնին պառկեցնեն ու նոր տանեն: Այն էլ տասնյակներով` 1-2 մարդու: Այս վայրենության հեղինակն ու հովանավորն ո՞վ է, ի վերջո:
