Կողմերը երկուստեք գոհունակություն են հայտնել Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի առնչությամբ: Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստան-Իրան գործընկերությունը հիմնված է հազարամյակների բարեկամության եւ դրացիության վրա: Կարեւորվել է համատեղ ջանքերի ներդրումը փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
