ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի կալանքը երկարաձգվեց ևս 3 ամիս ժամկետով։ Նիստը նախագահող դատավորը խափանման միջոցը թողեց անփոփոխ։

Դատարանը մերժեց պաշտպանների առաջարկները՝ տնային կալանք, 40 մլն դրամ գրավ և երաշխավորությունները: Նշենք, որ Աշոտյանի համար երաշխավորել էին ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Խոսրով Հարությունյանը և ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Տիգրան Թորոսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք` Արմեն Աշոտյանը կալանավորվել է 2023 թ. հունիսի 16–ին։ Նա և Երևանի Հերացու անվան բժշկական համալսարանի նախկին ռեկտոր Միքայել Նարիմանյանը մեղադրվում են բուհին պատկանող մոտ 100 հազար դոլարի գույք հափշտակելու մեջ:

Նրանց մեղադրում են «Ծովասար» հյուրանոցային համալիրի քոթեջները ուռճացված գներով (հաջորդած «ատկատներով») ձեռք բերելու համար այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահը գլխավորել է բուհի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը:
