Որ պահին աշխարհը համարեց Արցախի էջը շրջված, բացվելու է Սյունիքի էջը,  շրջվի Սյունիքինը՝ բացվելու է Գեղարքունիքի էջը։ Այս ընթացքը կընթանա մինչև լիակատար ոչնչացում։ Այդ մասին «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման հանրահավաքի ժամանակ ասել է քաղաքագետ Կարեն Բեքարյանը․

«Պետք է այնպիսի իշխանություն, որը կսահմանի կարմիր գծեր ու երբ այդ գծերը սահմանված լինեն, գործընկերների պակաս չի զգացվի»,- նշել է քաղաքագետը։
