Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը քվեարկությամբ ընդունել է «Հայաստանի կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների և հանձնառությունների կատարման մասին» բանաձևը։

ԵԽԽՎ-ն բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի՝ «ժողովրդավարական զարգացմանն ուղղված» շարունակական հանձնառությունը։

Ըստ վեհաժողովի՝ չնայած անվտանգային մարտահրավերներին ու բարդ միջազգային միջավայրին» Հայաստանը շարունակում է «բարեփոխումների հավակնոտ օրակարգը»։

Վեհաժողովը բարձր է գնահատել «համակարգային կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու հարցում իշխանությունների ցուցաբերած վճռականությունը, ինչի վկայումն են նաև Ոստիկանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումները»։

Բանաձևում նշվում է, որ Վեհաժողովը հետևողական է լինելու Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող գործողությունների 2023-2026 թթ. ծրագրից բխող համագործակցության նկատմամբ, որի շրջանակում կարևորվել են նաև «արդարադատության համակարգի բարեփոխումները»։
