SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով հունիսի 23-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 14։35-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Ապարանի բաժին են զանգահարել «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոնից և հայտնել, որ հարբած վիճակում գտնվող տղամարդը հայոյանքներ է հնչեցնում, խնդրում են ոստիկան մոտենա:

Ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ «Ապարան» բժշկական կենտրոնի գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքում գտնվող, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Մարինե Հ․-ին տեսակցելու հարցի շուրջ վերջինիս ամուսնու հայր, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 63-ամյա Սմբատ Գ․-ն  ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում միջանցքում և բակում մոտ 10-15 րոպե հնչեցրել է սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ ուղղված հիվանդանոցի բուժաշխատողների հասցեին, խախտելով հիվանդանոցի հիվանդների անդորրը, խաթարելով հիվանդանոցի բնականոն աշխատանքը:

Ոստիկանների կողմից Սմբատ Գ․-ն ձերբակալվել և կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
