Ոսկան Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանին հարցրել եմ, թե ե՞րբ է շահագործման հանձնվելու Կիրանցի դպրոցի նոր շենքը։ Մարզպետարանից պատասխանել են․ <<Կիրանցի միջնակարգ դպրոցի շենքի շինարարական աշխատանքները սկսված են և նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել սեպտեմբերի 1-ին>>։

Կիրանցի դպրոցի նոր շենքը ադրբեջանցի ահմանապահներից մոտ 50 մետր հեռավորությամբ է գտնվելու։ Այդ շենքի շինարարության համար պետբյուջեից ծախսվել է 615 միլիոն դրամ։

Կիրանցի ծնողները դեմ են,որ իրենց երեխաները հաճախեն նոր ձևավորված սահմանին այդքան մոտ գտնվող դպրոց։ Կիրանց գյուղից հայտնեցին, որ նորակառույց դպրոցի շենքը ծառայելու է որպես սահմանապահների զորանոց։ Իսկ թե ինչպես է լուծվելու դպրոցի շենքի հարցը, հայտնի չէ։
