«Հետքի» ձեռքի տակ են հայտնվել Բելառուսի եւ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական համագործակցության վերաբերյալ վերջին տարիների մի շարք գաղտնի նամակներ, որոնց մասին այս ամիս հոդված հրապարակեց ամերիկյան «Politico» թերթը: 

Հունիսի 13-ին «Politico»-ն գրել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի գործընկեր Բելառուսը գաղտնի զենք է վաճառել Ադրբեջանին: Ամերիկյան լրատվամիջոցի տրամադրության տակ են հայտնվել մեկ տասնյակից ավելի նամակներ, դիվանագիտական նոտաներ, վաճառքի հաշիվ-ապրանքագրեր, արտահանման փաստաթղթեր, որոնք ցույց են տալիս, որ 2018-2022 թթ. Բելառուսն ակտիվորեն օգնել է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերին:

«Առաջարկվող ծառայությունները ներառել են հին հրետանային սարքավորումների արդիականացում եւ ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի (ՌԷՊ) մեջ ու ԱԹՍ-ների համար կիրառվող նոր սարքավորումների առաքում»,- հայտնել է «Politico»-ն:
