Բագրատ Սրբազանն այսօրվա հավաքի ժամանակ ասել է.

«Այն տարիքն ու ժամանակաշրջանն է, որ չենք էլ զգում թե ինչպիսի պատասխանատվություն ենք կրում։ Պատասխատավություն ոչ միայն սեփական կյանքի, այլ միջավայրի, շրջապատի, հայրենիքի, պետության և ամենակարևորը, ընկերոջ, կողքինի համար։ 

Ի՞նչ պատասխանատվություն ես կրում ու ինչպե՞ս ես կրում։ Ուզում ես, որ ամեն ինչը դեպի քեզ լինի կամ քո բարիքին ծառայի, թե՞ քեզնից դուրս նաև ուզում ես ունեցածդ կարողությունը ծառայեցնել դիմացինիդ։

Մեր կյանքում նաև սա է պակասում, բայց դա միայն մերը չէ, 21-րդ դարն ամբողջության դրա մասին է, սակայն պատասխատավությունը մնում է հասարակություն կառուցելու ամենակարևոր երևույթն ու գաղափարը։
