«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ Հայաստանը Ֆրանսիայից գնել է 36 Caesar ինքնագնաց հրետանային միավոր, ինչը մեծ աղմուկ է առաջացրել Ադրբեջանում, մեծ ուրախություն՝ Հայաստանում: Մասնագետները գովում են հաուբիցները՝ դրանք հեռավար են, կրակի կառավարման ճկուն համակարգ ունեն, դիպուկ են եւ այլն: Բայց ոմանք ասում են` պայմանագիր կնքելը մի բան է, զենքը Հայաստան հասցնելը`  այլ բան: Բացի այդ, հրետանային միջոցները կիրառելու ունակ անձնակազմ պետք է ունենաս, քո համակարգին ինտեգրես: Ամեն մի հրետանային միջոցի համար առնվազն 2000-3000 հատ արկ է հարկավոր ունենալ, իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ական ստանդարտներով` 6000 արկ: Այսինքն՝ եթե 30 հատ հրանոթ ունես` 180 հազար հատ արկ պիտի ունենաս:
