Հունիսի 8-ին, ժամը 22.26-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մ-4 ավտոճանապարհին՝ Սևան քաղաքի Ցամաքաբերդ թաղամասի մոտ, «ԳԱԶելը» բախվել է բետոնե արգելապատնեշին և ընկել Հրազդան գետը:

Ժամը 22.59-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի պարեկային ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ ջրային փրկարարները գետն ընկած մեքենայից դուրս են բերել մոտ 13 տարեկան աղջկա և մոտ 40 տարեկան կնոջ դիեր:
