«Հայաստանում, ցավոք, չկա մեր երկրի ապագայի տեսլականի շուրջ և ոչ մի լուրջ խոսույթ»,-մտահոգություն է հայտնում իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, քեզ ոչնչացնել ցանկացող թշնամու դեմ հանդիման չի կարող լինել «լավ ապրելու» հնարավորություն, եթե չի լուծվում անվտանգության խնդիրը։

«Ուստի, առաջնային խնդիրը ոչ թե «լավ ապրելն» է, այլ անվտանգությունը, որը հնարավորություն կստեղծի իրականում հենց լավ ապրելու։

Ըստ այդմ, «պատշգամբում կարճ շալվարով սուրճ խմելը» հնարավոր կարող է դառնալ թշնամուն հաղթելուց հետո միայն։ Հակառակ դեպքում, նույն այդ պատաշգամբում նույն այդ թշնամին ավելի հեշտ կբռնաբարի պայմանական սուրճ խմողին, քանի որ նրա շալվարը կարճ է»,-նշում է նա։
