ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսական ցուցանիշներն աճում են, սակայն ընդհանուր շուկաներ ձևավորելու համար անհրաժեշտ է որակական փոփոխություններ կատարել առևտրի բնույթում: Հայտարարել է Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը Բելառուսի Նեսվիժ քաղաքում ընթացող Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի ընդլայնված կազմով նիստում, գրել է ТАСС-ը:

«ԵԱՏՄ զարգացման կարևորագույն գործոնը ընդհանուր էներգետիկ շուկաների ձևավորման հարցն է: Ապավինում ենք գործընկերների կառուցվածքային մոտեցմանը, որը թույլ կտա հարթել առկա որոշ տարակարծություններ և առաջընթաց արձանագրել եվրասիական տարածքում ինտեգրման հայեցակարգում ամրագրված առանցքային սկզբունքների իրականացմանն ուղղված գործնական քայլերի շրջանակում»,- նշել է Մհեր Գրիգորյանը:  

Նա առանձնացրել է տրանսպորտային միջանցքների, նաև միավորման շրջանակներում տարբեր նախագծերին աջակցելու ֆինանսական մեխանիզմների զարգացման, պարենային անվտանգության ապահովմանը միտված ուղիների կատարելագործման անհրաժեշտությունը:
