Ոստիկանների մասին երբ խոսում ենք, պիտի արժանին մատուցենք նաև նրանց, ովքեր պատվով են կատարել իրենց աշխատանքը և մնացել բարոյական մարդ։ Այդպիսի ոստիկան է կարմիր բերետավորների գումարտակի հրամանատարի նախկին տեղակալ Խաչատուր Թովմասյանը, ով դեռևս 2020-ի վերջին հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել ու հայտարարություն տարածել՝ կոչ անելով ծառայակից ընկերներին հետևել իր օրինակին:

«Ինձ համար կարևոր են մարդկային և հոգևոր արժեքները, չեմ հանդուրժում կազմաքանդ և անպատասխանատու մարդկանց։ Հարկ եմ համարում այս պատասխանատու պահին միանալ ժողովրդին, կոչ եմ անում իմ ծառայակից ընկերներին հետևել իմ օրինակին»,-ասել էր ոստիկան Խաչատուր Թովմասյանը։ 

Քանի՞ այսպիսի արժանապատիվ ոստիկան գիտեք։ Ու այս մարդն էլ է ոստիկան, էն ոչխարի հայացքով ծեծ ու ջարդ անողներն է՞լ։
