ԱՄՆ դեսպանը Սահմանադրական դատարանում էր

Սահմանադրական դատարանի պաշտոնական կայքից տեղեկանում ենք․

«2024 թվականի մայիսի 24-ին Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան  Քրիստինա Քվինին և ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ տնօրեն Ջոն Ալելոյին։ 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին, Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել սահմանադրական արդարադատության ոլորտում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնք միտված են ինչպես  ՀՀ  Սահմանադրական դատարանի ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումներին, այնպես էլ՝ ժողովդավարական կառույցների ամրապնդմանն ու իրավունքի գերակայության խթանմանը։ 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն ընդգծել են հայ-ամերկյան «Դատական դիվանագիտության»  զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Այս  համատեքստում անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ ՍԴ պատվիրակության ճանաչողական այցին Միացյալ նախանգներ, որի շրջանակներում նախատեսված են հանդիպումներ ԱՄՆ Գերագույն դատարանում և արդադատության ոլորտի կառույցներում։ 

Նշվել է, որ նման այցը լավ հնարավություն է ՀՀ  Սահմանադրական դատարանի և ԱՄՆ Գերագույն դատարանի միջև համագործակցությունն ու երկխոսությունը վերականգնելու և ակտիվացնելու համար: 

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցերի»։
