  • պապրիկա - 1 թ/գդ
  • արգանակ հավի մսի - 150-200 մլ
  • աղ - ըստ ճաշակի
  • պղպեղ սև - ըստ ճաշակի
  • սերուցք 30-35% յուղայնությամբ - 150 մլ

Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Հավի կրծքամիսը մանր կտորների ենք բաժանում և տապակում:

Այնուհետև լցնում ենք հավի մսի արգանակը, սերուցքը, աղը, պղպեղն ու պապրիկան և զանգվածը 10-15 րոպե եփում ենք:
