Երեկվանից ոտնահարելով պատգմավորների բոլոր իրավունքները՝ ոստիկանությունն ապօրինաբար արգելում է մեր մուտքը Կիրանց, իբր աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում գյուղում եւ կողմնակի անձանց մուտքը արգելվում է։

Իսկ այսօր արդեն ոստիկանությունն(Իջեւանի ոստիկանապետը), ինքն իր ծառայողական մեքենայով, ուշադրություն, ճանապարհի փակված հատվածով գաղտագողի փորձում էր արգելված Կիրանց հասցնել Հ1 -ի նկարահանող խմբին։

Սա պարզապես խայտառակություն է, սա այն դեպքում, երբ ոչ միայն պատգամավորների, այլ նաեւ բազմաթիվ լրագրողների մուտքն է արգելված Կիրանց։
