Կիրանցի բնակչուհի Գոհար Վարդանյանը տեսանյութով ցուցադրել է, թե Կիրանցում նոր կառուցվող դպրոցից ինչ հեռավորության վրա է գտնվելու Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանը:

Նա ասել է, որ մեկ րոպեից էլ քիչ ժամանակ է պահանջվում` դպրոցից Ադրբեջան հասնելու համար` ըստ նոր գծվող սահմանի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սահմանի երկու կողմերում սահմանապահներ են կանգնելու եւ երբ գյուղացիներն անվտանգության երաշխիքներ էին պահանջել, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, որ եթե չեն ցանկանում ադրբեջանցիներին տեսնել կարող են ծառ տնկել:

 

Նշենք, որ այսօր Կիրանց է այցելել ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, որը չէր կարողացել պատասխանել բնակիչների հարցերին անվտանգության երաշխիքների հետ կապված, միայն ասել էր, որ նոր ճանապարհ է կառուցվելու, որը անվտանգության երաշխիք է լինելու:

Ավելի ուշ Կիրանց էին ժամանել նաեւ սահմանապահները, որոնք սկսել էին տեղազննում անել տարածքում` այդ թվում անօդաչու թռչող սարքով:
