«Եվրամիությունը ողջունում է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված առաջընթացը, ինչը հանգեցրել է սահմանի մի քանի հատվածների վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի կնքմանը:

ԵՄ-ն կողմերին կոչ է անում հետագա վճռական քայլեր ձեռնարկել երկկողմ չլուծված այլ հարցերի լուծման համար և շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում կայուն և կայուն խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։»:
