Կտակի պատրաստման ժամանակ Մայքլի կարողությունը գնահատվում էր 0 միլիոն։ Նախատեսվում է, որ Ջեքսոնի ունեցվածքը կբաժանվի իր ընտանիքի, երեխաների և իր բարեգործական ֆոնդերի միջև։

2009 թվականին նրա պարտքը կազմում էր 0 միլիոն, սակայն նրա ունեցվածքը գնահատվեց միլիարդ։ 2009 թվականի նոյեմբերի 22-ին կազմակերպված աճուրդին Մայքլի ձեռնոցը վաճառվել է 5 000-ով, իսկ 1998 թվականին Bad շրջագայության ժամանակ նրա կրած բաճկոնը վաճառվել է 5 000-ով։
