«Կարմիր բերետավորների» այսօրվա արարքները քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ակնհայտ պատժիչ բնույթ ունեին, և դրանց մեծագույն մասը կապ չուներ իրավական կանոնների հետ։

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հաշվի չառնել, որ երեխաների աչքի առաջ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների կամ մտերիմների [ենթադրյալ վարչական իրավախախտման համար] ձերբակալումով երեխաները փողոցում մնալու են միայնակ, էլ չեմ խոսում էմոցիոնալ ապրումների մասին:

Անթույլատրելի է «կարմիր բերետավորների» կողմից լրագրողի մասնագիտական աշխատանքը խոչընդոտելը:

Անընդունելի է դիմադրություն չցուցաբերող անձի նկատմամբ ուժի [այն էլ անհամաչափ] կիրառումը։

Սրանք անթույլատրելի, դատապարտելի արարքներ են, որ չունեն իրավական հիմնավորումներ»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը:
