«Քաղբանտարկյալներ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի և Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանի գործով դատական առաջին նիստը  չսկսված՝ ավարտվեց. դատավորն ինքնաբացարկ հայտնեց:

Անկեղծ ասած, տեղյակ չեմ, թե ինչու կամ ինչ հիմքով դատարանն այդ քայլին գնաց, սակայն մի բան պարզ է` գլուխն ազատեց այս խայտառակ գործընթացի մաս կազմելուց:

Այս պահին Նարեկից ու Վազգենից բացի, անազատության մեջ են Արմեն Աշոտյանը, Նարեկ Մալյանը, Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, ինչպես նաև Տավուշի դեպքերով անցնող մոտ մեկ տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ:

Այս մարդկանց ազատության մեջ գտնվելը մեծ իմպուլս կհաղորդեր երկրում ծավալված ներքաղաքական իրադարձություններին, և նաև այս հանգամանքով է պայմանավորված, որ վերջիններս շարունակում են ապօրինի փակի տակ մնալ:
