Մարտի 19-ին, ժամը 12.28-ին տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի Թալին քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցում՝ նախկին հյուրանոցի համարներից մեկի բնակիչը չի արձագանքում դռան թակոցներին և հեռախոսազանգերին. դուռը բացելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Ոստիկանության կայքը, դեպքի վայր է մեկնել մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ: Դուռը բացվել է տեղի ուժերով: Շահումյան փողոցի թիվ 5 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է Ս. Ս.-ի (ծնված 1927 թ.) դին:
