Հայաստանն ակնկալում է Ալմաթիի բանակցություններում Ադրբեջանի հետ քննարկել երկու երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ ճանաչման հարցը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Հունգարիայի արտաքին գործերի և առևտրի նախարար Պետեր Սիյարտոյի հետ մամուլի ասուլիս ժամանակ:

Նա նշել է, որ երկու երկրների հետաքրքրությունն այն է, որ քննարկվի այն հարցը, որի շրջանակներում երկու երկրները փոխադարձ կճանաչեն միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունը Ալմա Աթայի պայմանագրի շրջանակներում։

Միրզոյանն ասել է, որ երկկողմ հանձնաժողովները շարունակում են քննարկել սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի մանրամասները։
