Միայն քաղաքական պայքարով, քաղաքական ստանդարտ տեխնոլոգիաներ օգտագործելով հնարավոր չէր փոխել այն վիճակը, որի մեջ այժմ գտնվում է հայ ժողովուրդն ու մեր պետությունը։

Պետք էր ազգային, գաղափարական, հավատքի, միասնական նպատակների շուրջ համախմբող առողջ հոսանք, շարժում, և դա այժմ տեղի է ունենում։

Այդ հոսանքն արդեն իսկ առողջացնում, նոր հույս ու հավատ է ներշնչում մեր ժողովրդին՝ հնարավոր դարձնելով միասնաբար կերտել մեր ապագան։

Ողջունում եմ Տավուշում ծնված և համազգայինի վերածվող այս շարժումը, որը մեզ ծնկած վիճակից վեր է հանելու՝ վերադարձնելով մեզ մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը, ինքնավստահությունը և այլ ազգերի կողքին հպարտ կանգնելու իրավունքը:
