«Հրապարակ» թերթի հրապարակումն այն մասին, թե իբր Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանց բնակավայում ակցիա իրականացնողներին այցելած ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մի քանի զինծառայողների նկատմամբ բռնության, սպառնալիքի փորձեր են եղել, և նրանք, իբրև թե, դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկվել, իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում, մտացածին են և ինչպես սովորաբար լինում է նման ոճի հրապարակումների պարագայում՝ որևէ փաստական հիմք չունեն, այս մասին նշված է Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

«Այդ անձանց հետ իրականացված համապատասխան քննչական գործողությունների ընթացքում նրանց նկատմամբ որևէ նման բռնություն չի իրականացվել, և գրվածն այդ առումով զուտ բամբասանքային ենթադրություն է»,-հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։
