Եթե ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հաղթի Ուկրաինայի դեմ պատերազմում, մենք ստիպված կլինենք վճարել և ծախսել շատ ավելի մեծ գումարներ. այս մասին Կիևում Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկիի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը:

«Մեծագույն ռիսկն այն է, որ նախագահ Պուտինը կհաղթի, Ռուսաստանը կհաղթի այս պատերազմում, քանի որ այդ պարագայում մենք ստիպված կլինենք վճարել և ծախսել շատ ավելի մեծ գումարներ ի տարբերություն այն գումարների, որոնք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկերները ներդնում են սեփական անվտանգության համար», - նշել է նա:

Ստոլտենբերգը հավելել է, որ Ուկրաինային աջակցելը սեփական անվտանգությունը երաշխավորելու լավագույն տարբերակն է:
