ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի աշխատակազմերի միջև ուղիղ կապը շարունակում է գործել, «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից։

Գրավոր հարցմամբ լրատվամիջոցը,  մասնավորապես, հետաքրքրվել էր, թե արդյոք երկու երկրների ղեկավարների միջև ուղիղ կապը շարունակո՞ւմ է գործել, ե՞րբ է վերջին անգամ եղել ուղիղ շփում և ու՞մ նախաձեռնությամբ, կա՞ սահմանված ընթացակարգ՝ հարցերի քննարկման համար, ո՞րն է 2 երկրների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի միջև քննարկման օրակարգային հարցը։

Բոլոր այս հարցերին ի պատասխան՝  հայտնել են միայն, որ կապը շարունակում է գործել։ «Ընթացակարգ և պարբերականություն հստակեցված չէ, այն տեղի է ունենում ըստ անհրաժեշտության»։
