Հայաստանը արգելափակում է Նախիջևանի հետ ճանապարհային կապ հաստատելու հնարավորությունը, այս պահվածքը շատ հիասթափեցնող է:

Այս մասին այսօր միջազգային ֆորումում ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը.

«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հետ կապված հարցը հստակ արտացոլված է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ։ Այո, այնտեղ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» բառերը նշված չեն։

Սակայն ասվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արևելյան հատվածի և Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության միջև պետք է լինի տրանսպորտային կապ, որի հսկողությունը պետք է ապահովեն ռուսական սահմանապահ ուժերը։

Այս հայտարարությունը ստորագրել ենք նախագահ Պուտինը, վարչապետ Փաշինյանը և ես։ Եվ արդեն երեք տարուց ավելի է, ինչ Հայաստանը փաստացի խախտում է այս դրույթը»:
