Ոսկեպարի Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցի տանող ճանապարհը բացվել է, այն մի քանի ժամ շարունակ փակ էին պահել ականազերծման աշխատանքներ իրականացելու համար։ 

Այնտեղ հավաքված բնակիչներին թույլ են տվել գնալ եկեղեցի՝ պայմանով, որ նկարահանումներ չիրականան՝ թույլ չտալով լրագրողներին տեսախցիկներով մոտենալ եկեղեցուն։

Ճանապարհը բացելուց անմիջապես հետո այնտեղ հավաքված բնակիչները Բագրատ Սրբազանի ուղեկցությամբ մտան եկեղեցի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ վաղ առավոտից եկեղեցուն հարակից տարածքում լարված իրավիճակ էր։ Ոստիկաններն ու ԱԱԾ հատուկջոկատայինները թույլ չէին տալիս, որ քաղաքացիները մոտենան եկեղեցուն։ Նշենք, որ տարածքում ականազերծման աշխատանքներ էին իրականացվում։
