Իշխանության տոտալ տեղեկատվական ակտիվությունն ու այդ համատեքստում մեծաքանակ կեղծ լուրերի դաշտ ուղղորդելը ցույց է տալիս իշխանության ներսում առկա խորը մտահոգությունը:

Այդ ներքին վախերը ոչ թե պայմանավորված են իրենց հակապետական գործունեությամբ, այլ նրանով, որ հանրությունը դրա դեմ ընդվզում է:
Այս փուլում փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փորձում է ուժային տարբեր թևերից և ոչ ֆորմալ կառույցներից դավաճանական խմբեր ձևավորել և հանրային դիմադրությունը ճնշելու խմբեր կամավորագրել:
Դրանց նպատակն է «հասարակական կարգի պահպանության» կեղծ կարգախոսի տակ ահաբեկել և տներ ուղարկել սեփական տան պաշտպանության համար ոտքի հելած մեր հայրենակիցներին:
