«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

Երեկ սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողովը հաղորդագրություն տարածեց՝ հայ ժողովրդին ավետելով գույժը, իսկ ադրբեջանցիներին մատուցելով հերթական նվերը՝ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքից 4 գյուղ հանձնելու եւ սահմանազատումը Տավուշից սկսելու մասին:

Ընդամենը 2 օր առաջ Տավուշում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձել էր փափուկ բարձ դնել գյուղացիների գլխի տակ` հանգստացնելով, որ ընդամենը փոխանակում է լինելու, սակայն երեկ պարզ դարձավ, որ նրանց հերթական անգամ խաբել են: Եվ պատահական չէր, որ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները երեկ ցնծում էին` կատարվածը համարում Ալիեւի հերթական շռնդալից հաղթանակը, մեծագույն նվեր`  Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին: Հիանում էին նրա «մարտավարական ու դիվանագիտական ունակություններով», որ «ադրբեջանական բանակը` առանց կրակոցի, զբաղեցնում է հակառակորդի դիրքերը»:
