Քաղաքացին մարիխուանայով փաթեթը գցել է «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի անցագրային կետում

Ապրիլի 16-ին՝ ժամը 13։35-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի՝ տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար նախատեսված անցագրային կետում քրեակատարողական ծառայողները նկատել են կպչուն ժապավենով կասկածելի փաթեթ։ 

Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կենտրոնական մարմնի օպերատիվ վարչության «Նուբարաշեն» տարածքային բաժնում իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված փաթեթը տվյալ վայրում գցել է կալանավորված անձ Ա․Հ․-ի մոտ կարճատև տեսակցության եկած քաղաքացի Դ․Հ․-ն տեսակցության մտնելուց առաջ։ 

Դ․Հ․-ն ձերբակալվել է օպերատիվ ծառայողների կողմից և ներկայացվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։

Դատաքիմիական փորձաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ փաթեթում առկա է եղել 10 գրամ քաշով մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց։
