«Կիզակետում Արկադի Գրիգորյանի հետ» հաղորդման ժամանակ ասել է իրավապաշտպան, Քաղաքական իրավունքների հայկական կենտրոնի համահիմնադիր Ռաֆայել Իշխանյանը․

«Խղճի բանտարկյալն այն մարդն է, որը ազատազրկված է բացառապես իր հայացքների համար։ Այսինքն ոչ մի հակաիրավական բան չի արել։ Սամսոնյանն ու Սաղաթելյանը առնվազն քրեական օրենսգիրք չեն խախտել։ Խղճի բանտարկյալի դեպքում պահանջը մեկն է ՝ անհապաղ ազատ արձակում։ Խղճի բանտարկյալը նաև քաղբանտարկյալ է։

Ցանկացած պաշտպանություն, որ կիրառվում է քաղբանտարկյալի դեպքում, նույնությամբ պետք է կիրառվի նաև խղճի բանտարկյալի նկատմամբ։ Մեր երկրում վիրավորանքը 2 անգամ ապաքրականացվել է։ Մարդուն վիրավորելու դեպքում բացառապես քաղաքացիական պրոցես է գնում՝ գումար կամ ներողություն»,- նշել է իրավապաշտպանը։
