ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում կանցկացվեն «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» գործով լսումներ

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության (ՄԱԿ) Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում ապրիլի 15-19-ը կանցկացվեն «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» դատական գործով հանրային լսումներ։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվում է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի կողմից տարածված հայտարարության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ լսումները նվիրված են Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիայի շրջանակներում քննվող «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» դատական գործին։

Հայկական կողմը գլխավորում է Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը:
