«Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Մհեր Տերտերյանը, ով արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի թվում պարբերաբար հանդիպում է Փաշինյանի հետ, հայտնվել է ամբաստանյալի կարգավիճակում: Նա մեղադրվում է ՔՕ 195-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ «Ֆիզիկական ներգործություն»:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության, 2018 թ․ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին իր նախկին կնոջ՝ Նաիրա Տերտերյանի հետ Բյուրական համայնքում գործող «Ամբերդ» հյուրանոցում ընտանեկան հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանելով, բռնության է ենթարկել` սեղմել Նաիրա Տերտերյանի պարանոցը, հարվածներ հասցրել նրան՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Գործը քննելու է Արագածոտնի դատարանի դատավոր Ժենյա Նազարյանը: «Դատալեքս» կայքում գործի մասին արդեն հրապարակում կա»:
