«Ստացել ենք Սամվել Մայրապետյանին և Գագիկ Հակոբջանյանին առնչվող 05.04.2024 թվականի վճիռը, ըստ որի պետք է վերջիններիցս բռնագանձվի ավելի քան 4 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ:

Ուսումնասիրելով այն, առնվազն մեզ համար ակնառու է դատավարական և նյութական իրավունքի նորմերի ակնհայտ խախտումների առկայությունը, այդ վճիռը չի բխում առկա փաստական հանգամանքներից, իրավաչափ չէ և միանշանակ ենթակա է բողոքարկման:

Մեր առարկություններն ու դիրքորոշումները նշվածի վերաբերյալ մանրամասն կներկայացվեն առաջիկայում և բնականաբար արտացոլված կլինեն մեր կողմից ներկայացվելիք վերաքննիչ բողոքում»։
