2022-ի աշնանից նպաստից զրկված ընտանիքները կշարունակեն ստանալ իրենց նպաստները

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ մարտի 28-ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց, որով սահմանվեց, որ անապահով ընտանիքների ընտանեկան և սոցիալական նպաստի իրավունքը կպահպանվի՝ մինչև ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման նոր համակարգի ներդրումը։

Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի, ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու նպաստների, ընտանիքում 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ վճարվող դրամական աջակցության, պարգևավճարների չափերի նպաստները համարվում են ընտանիքի ամբողջական եկամտի կազմի մեջ մտնող եկամուտ և դրանց փոփոխության դեպքում նվազում է ընտանիքների անապահովության միավորը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին նպաստի իրավունքի դադարեցման հնարավոր պատճառ է դառնում:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է 2022-ի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից բարձրացված նպաստների չափերի հնարավոր բարձրացումներն ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում ընտանիքի ամբողջական եկամտի կազմում մինչև 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը չհաշվարկել։
