Ֆրանսիայի ներկայությունը Հարավային Կովկասում զուտ հետախուզական տվյալների հավաքագրում է, նա լրտեսում է տարածաշրջանի պետություններին՝ թույլ չտալու համար խաղաղ համաձայնագրերի կյանքի կոչմանը, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական առումով։ Եվրոպական տնտեսության փլուզման ֆոնին այստեղ հնարավոր է բարգավաճում։ Ինչպե՞ս վնաս չհասցնել»,-ասել է Զախարովան:
