ԱԳՆ-ն առաջարկում է պետական դրոշի չափ սահմանել, ավելի մեծի համար թույլտվություն է պետք

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը «ՀՀ պետական դրոշի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագիծ է շրջանառության մեջ դրել։

Առաջարկվում է փակ տարածքներում դրոշի օգտագործման չափ սահմանել մինչև 2,8մ դրոշաձողի վրա առավելագույնը 1մ։2մ-ը, իսկ բացօթյա տարածքներում՝ մինչև 10մ դրոշակաձողի վրա առավելագույնը 2մ։4մ-ը։ Ավելի մեծ չափի դրոշի տեղադրման դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է գրավոր դիմումի հիման վրա համաձայնեցնել ԱԳՆ-ի պետական արարողակարգի ծառայության հետ։

Դրոշաձողի վրա բարձրացված դրոշի ներքևի մասը պետք է գտնվի գետնից 2,5 մետրից ոչ պակաս բարձրության վրա:

Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով մշտապես բարձրացված դրոշը գիշերային ժամերին պետք է լուսավորվի:

Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ ակնկալվող արդյունքն է փոփոխությունների ընդունման դեպքում ապահովել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ՀՀ դրոշի համանման կիրառությունը:
