Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ուղիղ կապ կա, և ծագած խնդիրները պետք է լուծել երկխոսության միջոցով։ Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիայի և Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ-ում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին` անդրադառնալով Տավուշում հնարավոր սահմանազատմանը։
