Գարնանային այս գեղեցիկ տոնը թող մեր քրդական ողջ համայնքի համար լինի երջանկաբեր:

Մենք հպարտանում ենք մեր երկրի քուրդ քաղաքացիների արձանագրած հաջողություններով: Նաև արձանագրում ենք այն խնդիրները, որոնք առկա են ինչպես ձեր, այնպես էլ մեր երկրի բազմաթիվ բնակիչների համար: Համոզված եղեք, որ մեր պետությունն ուշադիր է ու շահագրգիռ Հայաստանում բնակվող բոլոր ազգային համայնքների զարգացման հարցերում:
